Buitenlandse stations: RST + QSO serienummer beginnend met 001 .
De provincie en molenreferentie maken integraal deel uit van het rapport en moeten in de log vermeld worden.
Enkel Belgische molenreferenties zijn geldig
Alle Belgische provincies: AN, BW, HT, LB, LG, NM, LU, OV, VB en WV.
Het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest: BR.

Enkel QSO’s waarvan minstens één station een Belgische geldige molenreferentie heeft zijn geldig, ieder Call komt slecht 1x in de log vb. on6xx gewerkt dan is on6xx/p on6xx/m on6xx/a een dubbel.
7.SWL's
Aan eenzelfde GEHOORD station mag slechts éénmaal punten toegekend worden. Eenzelfde TEGENSTATION mag maximaal 10 keer voorkomen. In ieder gelogd QSO dient minstens één van de stations een ON station te zijn met molenreferentie.
8.Deelnemen vanaf een molenreferentie
Deelnemende stations bevinden zich op of in het zicht max 250m weg van de molen met Belgisch referentienummer. Het is een portable opstelling en speciaal voor die contest opgezet. Er moet een vrije toegang zijn voor het controleteam.
De stroomvoorziening moet volledig autonoom zijn ten opzichte van het vaste stroomnet (via een generator, batterijen, draagbare zonnepanelen) voor alle apparaten die van stroom moeten worden voorzien (TRX en zijn randapparatuur, computer, verlichting en verwarming, enz. )
Om als geldige molenreferentie in aanmerking te komen dienen minstens 25 QSO gemaakt te worden en dient men minstens 24 uur voor aanvang van de contest ingeschreven te zijn via het online inschrijvingsformulier op de website http://www.ON7QR.be waar ook de referenties te vinden zijn.
9.Deelname en vermogen
Alle radioamateurs uit binnen- en buitenland die beschikken over de nodige licentie voor bovenvermelde categorieën kunnen deelnemen. Vermogen volgens de vergunning van de deelnemer, met een maximum van 100W.

Totaal multipliers = de som van de verschillende Belgische provincies plus het aantal verschillende molens met Belgische referentie .
11.Eindscore
(totaal geldige QSO punten) x multipliers.
12.Bandplanning
Iedere deelnemer dient zich aan de IARU bandplanning te houden. 80m SSB : van 3600 tot 3650 MHz en van 3700 tot 3775 MHz.
Op VHF 2m wordt er gewerkt in het SSB en/of FM segment.
13.Logs
Iedere categorie een log apart. Enkel logs in CABRILLO formaat worden aanvaard. Zorg dat je het juiste Cabrillo formaat instuurt
Zorg er ook voor dat alle nodige informatie correct in de header is vermeld. (call, categorie, naam en adres deelnemer, UBA sectie, eventueel molenreferentie, gebruikte apparatuur en antenne)
De log dient als een normale bijlage te worden meegestuurd.
Logs met ontbrekende of incorrecte informatie in header komen niet in aanmerking voor het klassement en zullen als checklog gebruikt worden.
Deelnemers met een molenreferentie sturen een foto mee van de opstelling (genomen met GSM voor plaatsbepaling Controle)
Opmerking: elke amateur kan per contestdeel slechts één log insturen (ofwel als ONL, ofwel met ON-call ofwel met zijn 2de callsign).
14.Deadline
Alle logs dienen via mail te worden verstuurd binnen de 14 dagen na de contest naar BMA{dot}contest{at}on7qr{dot}be (deadline 03/10/2022. 2359 UTC) indien geen bevestiging na 4 dagen stuur opnieuw naar ON7QR{at}tvvlaanderen{dot}net
Te laat ingestuurde logs komen niet in aanmerking voor het klassement en zullen als checklog gebruikt worden. Vanaf het ogenblik dat een log AANVAARD is kunnen er GEEN wijzigingen aan - of vervangingen van de log meer gebeuren.
15.Strafpunten en diskwalificatie
QSO’s die niet in de log van het tegenstation voorkomen tellen voor nul punten.
Valsspelen, denkbeeldige logging, selfspotting, overtreding van het
wedstrijdreglement, overtreding van het IAURU bandplan en de contest
voorkeurfrequenties kan aanleiding geven tot diskwalificatie. Indien éénzelfde
persoon meer dan één log instuurt, worden beide logs gediskwalificeerd.
Ontbreken van 1 of meerdere uit punt 13 opgesomde gegevens kan aanleiding
geven tot diskwalificatie.
16.Logsoftware
Voor deze contest is N1MM aanbevolen.
17.Trofeeën
Per categorie wordt een Award voor de winnaar voorzien.
18. Door je deelname ga je integraal akkoord met
U het reglement gelezen en begrepen hebt en dat U ermee akkoord gaat en je er zich zal aan houden.
U uw station zal bedienen volgens de radioreglementen die geldig zijn in uw land en volgens uw vergunning.

Seules les références des moulins belges sont valables.
La référence et la province fait partie intégrante du rapport et doit être mentionnée dans le log.

Seuls les QSO dont au moins une station a une référence de moulin belge sont valides, chaque appel neCall qu'une seule fois dans le log, par exemple on6xx travaillé puis on6xx/p on6xx/m on6xx/a est un double.
7.SWL's
La même station enregistrée ne peut être marquée qu'une seule fois. La même station correspondante peut se produire au maximum 10 fois. Dans chaque QSO enregistré, au moins une des stations doit être une station ON avec référence au moulin.
8.Participer à partir d'une référence de moulin
Les stations participantes sont situées sur ou à vue à une distance maximale de 250m du moulin avec le numéro de référence belge. Il s'agit d'une installation portable, mise en place spécialement pour ce concours. L'équipe d'inspection doit avoir un accès libre.
L’alimentation électrique doit être complètement autonome du réseau fixe (via un générateur, des batteries, des panneaux solaires portables) pour tous les appareils qui doivent être alimentés (TRX et ses périphériques, ordinateur, éclairage et chauffage, etc.)
Pour être considéré comme une référence valide de moulin, un minimum de 25 QSO doit avoir été réalisé et il faut être inscrit via le formulaire d'inscription en ligne au moins 24 heures avant le début du concours. sur le site http://www.on7qr.be où vous pouvez également trouver les références.
9.Participation et puissance
Tous les radioamateurs nationaux et étrangers possédant la licence nécessaire pour les catégories susmentionnées peuvent participer. Puissance selon la licence du participant, avec un maximum de 100W.
10.Multiplicateurs
Toutes les provinces belges (x1)
Toutes les références de moulins belges enregistrés valides (x1)
Total des multiplicateurs = la somme des différentes provinces belges plus le nombre de moulins différents à référence belge .
11.Score final
(Total des points QSO valides) x multiplicateurs.
12.Bandplanning
Chaque concurrent doit se conformer à la planification des bandes de l'IARU. 80m SSB : de 3600 à 3650 MHz et de 3700 à 3775 MHz.
Sur VHF 2m nous opérerons en SSB et/ou en segment FM.
13.Logs
Chaque catégorie a son propre log. Seuls les log au format CABRILLO sont acceptés. Assurez-vous que vous envoyez dans le format Cabrillo correct et que toutes les informations nécessaires sont mentionnées dans l'en-tête. (appel, catégorie, nom et adresse du participant, section UBA, référence éventuelle du moulin, équipement et antenne utilisés)
Le log doit être envoyé comme une pièce jointe normale.
Les log’s contenant des informations manquantes ou incorrectes dans l'en-tête ne seront pas pris en compte pour la classification et seront utilisés comme log de contrôle.
Les participants ayant une référence de moulin doivent envoyer une photo de l'installation (prise avec un GSM pour le contrôle du positionnement).
Remarque : chaque amateur ne peut envoyer qu'un seul log par partie du concours (soit comme ONL, avec ON-call ou avec son 2ème indicatif).
14.Date limite
Tous les Log’s doivent être envoyés par e-mail dans les 14 jours suivant le concours à BMA{dot}contest{at}on7qr{dot}be (date limite 03/10/2022. 2359 UTC). Si aucune confirmation après 4 jours envoyer à nouveau à ON7QR{at}tvvlaanderen{dot}net
Les log’s envoyés trop tard ne seront pas pris en compte pour le classement et seront utilisés comme log de contrôle. À partir du moment où un log est accepté, il ne peut plus y avoir de changements ou de remplacements du log.
15.Points de pénalité et disqualification
Les QSO qui n'apparaissent pas dans le log de l'autre station comptent pour zéro point, mais aucun point de pénalité supplémentaire ne sera déduit.
La tricherie, le logging imaginaire, le self spotting, la violation du règlement du concours, la violation du plan de bande de l'IAURU et des fréquences préférées du concours peuvent entraîner la disqualification.
Si la même personne envoie plus d'un log, les deux logs seront disqualifiés.
L'absence d'une ou plusieurs des données mentionnées au point 13 entraînera la disqualification.

Pour ce concours, N1MM est recommandé.

Only QSO's of which at least one station has a Belgian mill reference are valid, every call is only 1 time in the log e.g. on6xx worked then on6xx/p on6xx/m on6xx/a is a double.
7.SWL's
A station may only appear once per band as station heard. In the column "Station Worked" the same station may not be logged more than 10 times per band.
8.Participating from a mill reference
Participating stations are located on or within sight max 250m away from the mill with Belgian reference number. It is a portable setup, set up especially for that contest.There must be free access for the inspection team.
The power supply must be completely autonomous from the fixed power grid (via a generator, batteries, portable solar panels) for all devices that need to be powered (TRX and its peripherals, computer, lighting and heating, etc.)
In order to qualify as a valid mill reference, at least 25 QSO must have been made and one must be registered at least 24 hours before the start of the contest via the online registration form on the website http://www.on7qr.be where the references can also be found
9.Participation and power
All radio amateurs from home and abroad with the necessary license for the above categories can participate. Power according to the license of the participant, with a maximum of 100W.

12.Bandplanning
Each contestant has to obey the IARU bandplanning. 80m SSB : from 3600 to 3650 MHz and from 3700 to 3775 MHz.
On VHF 2m we will operate in SSB and/or FM segment.
13.Logs
Each category has its own log. Only logs in CABRILLO format are accepted. Make sure you send in the correct Cabrillo format. Also make sure all necessary information is mentioned in the header. (call, category, name and address participant, UBA section, possible mill reference, used equipment and antenna)
The log should be sent as a normal attachment.
Logs with missing or incorrect information in the header will not be considered for the classification and will be used as check log.
Participants with a windmill reference should send a picture of the set-up (taken with GSM for positioning control)
Remark: each amateur can send in only one log per contest part (either as ONL, with ON-call or with his 2nd callsign).
14.Deadline
All logs must be sent via E-mail within 14 days after the contest to BMA{dot}contest{at}on7qr{dot}be (deadline 03/10/2022. 2359 UTC) if no confirmation after 4 days send again to ON7QR{at}tvvlaanderen{dot}net
Logs sent in too late will not be considered for the classification and will be used as a checklog. Once a log is accepted, no more changes or replacements will be accepte
15.Penalty points and disqualification
QSO's that do not appear in the log of the other station count for zero points, but no extra penalty points will be deducted.
Cheating, imaginary logging, self spotting, violation of the contest rules, violation of the IAURU band plan and the contest preferred frequencies can result in disqualification. If the same person sends more than one log, both logs will be disqualified.
Missing one or more of the data mentioned in point 13 will lead to disqualification.

6.Punkte
Ein QSO mit ein Station mit gültiger Mühlenreferenz : 10 Punkte, 3 Punkte pro Verbindung.
Nur QSO’s von denen mindestens eine Station eine gültige Mühlenreferenz hat sind gültig.
Jeder Anruf ist nur 1 x im Log, zum Beispiel: on6xx im Log, dann sind on6xx/p, on6xx/m, on6xx/a doppelt.
7.SWL‘s
Punkte können nur einmal an denselben gehörten Sender vergeben werden.
Dieselbe Gegensstation darf maximal 10 mal vorkommen.
Im jedes gelogtes qso muß mindestens eine der Stationen eine ON Station sein mit Mühlereferenz.
8. Punten
Teilnahme aus eine Mühlereferenz,
Teilnehmende Stationen befinden sich auf oder in Sichtweite, maximal 250 Meter von der Mühle entfernt.Es ist ein tragbares Setup, und speziell für den Contest aufgestellt. Es muß freien Zugang für das Kontrollteam geben.
Die Stromversorgung muss für alle Geräte, die mit Strom versorgt werden müssen (TRX und seine Peripheriegeräte, Computer, Beleuchtung und Heizung usw.), völlig unabhängig vom festen Stromnetz sein (über einen Generator, Batterien, tragbare Sonnenkollektoren).
Um sich als gültige Mühlenreferenz zu qualfizieren mußen mindestens 25 QSOs gemacht und die Registrierung mindestens 24 Stunden vor Anfang des Contest abgesloßen sein durch das online Anmeldeformular auf der Internetseite http://www.on7qr.be wo man auch die Mülenreferenzen findet.
9.Teilnahme und Leistung
Teilnehmen können alle Funkamateure aus dem In- und Ausland, die über die erforderliche Lizenz für die oben genannten Kategorien verfügen. Leistung gemaß Teinehmerlizenz mit maximal 100 Watt.
10.Multiplikatoren (multipliers)
Alle belgischen Provinzen (x1)
Alle gültigen registrierten gültigen Mühlenreferenzen (x1)
Gesamtmultiplikatoren = die Summe der verschiedenen belgischen Provinzen plus die Anzahl der verschiedenen Mühlen mit belgischer Referenz.

12.Bandplaning
Jeder Teilnehmer muß sich an die IARU Bandplanung halten. 80 m SSB : ab 3600 bis 3650 MHz und ab 3700 bis 3775 MHz.
Auf VHF 2 m wird im SSB und/oder FM Segment gearbeitet.
13.Logs
Jede Kategorie hat ein separates Log. Es werden nur Logs im CABRILLO – Format akzeptiert. Stellen Sie sicher dass Sie im richtigen Cabrillo – Format senden.
Stellen Sie außerdem das alle erforderlichen Informationen in der Header enthalten sind. (Call, Kategorie, Name und Adresse des Teilnehmer, UBA Sektion, evtl. Mühlenreferenz, gebrauchte Ausrüstung, und Antenne.
Das Log sollte als normaler Anhang gesendet werden. Logs mit fehlenden oder falschen Informationen im Header werden nicht für das Ranking berücksichtigt und werden als Checklog verwendet.
Teilnehmer mit Mühlenreferenz senden ein Foto des Aufbaus (aufgenommen mit Mobiltelefon zur Positionskontrolle).
Hinweis: Jeder Amateur kan nu rein Log pro Contestteil einreichen (entweder als ONL, oder mit ON-Rufzeichen oder mit seinem 2.Rufzeichen.)
14.Deadline
Alle Logs müßen innerhalb 14 Tagen nach dem Contest per Mail gesendet werden an BMA.contest@on7qr.be (deadline 03/10/2022 23:59 UTC). Wenn nach 4 Tagen keine Bestätigung erfolgt, senden Sie es erneut an ON7QR@tvvlaanderen.net
Verspätete ingereichte Logs qualifizieren sich nicht für das Ranking und werden als Checklog verwendet. Ab den Zeipunkt dem ein Log akzeptiert wurde, können keine Änderungen oder Erzetsungen am Log vorgenommen werden.
15.Strafen und Disqualifikationen
QSOs die nicht im Log der gegnerischen Station enthalten sind, zählen für null Punkte.
Betrüg, imaginäres Logging, Self-Spotting, Verstoß gegen den IARU Bandplan und die bevorzugten Frequenzen des Wettbewerbs können zu Disqualifikation führen.
Wenn dieselbe Person mehr als ein Log einreicht werden beide Logs disqualifiziert.
Das fehlen einer oder mehrerer der unter Punkt 13 aufgefühten Daten kann zur Disqualifikation leiten.

N1MM wird für diesem Contest empfohlen.

Pro Kategorie wird ein Award für den Gewinner vergeben.
